Embroidery creates an impression of quality and style. Excellent for polos, jackets, caps, knitwear etc. Embroidery will normally outlast any garment onto which it is applied. Recent advances in embroidery software mean that design /set up costs can be low and the new generation of embroidery machines run quickly with any number of colours being applied in a single operation. However large designs can be time consuming to produce and so costs can increase significantly relative to the size. |

Embroidery
We can reproduce your company logo / graphics using embroidery. From your digital artwork (we can scan your artwork if you require), we can create a jacquard. This is a computer program which controls the embroidery machine detailing where to stitch and what thread to use.
Once the jacquard has been created we are able to download your image on to our state of the art machinery and embroider your logo on to the garments of your choice. Embroidery Pricing
Embroidery is priced according to the number of stitches in the design - the more stitches, the greater the cost. All images will require the creation of a computerised jacquard.

Embroidery Setup (Digitising or Origination):
There is an embroidery setup charge which covers the cost of having the design digitised and a jacquard created. This is a one off charge as once we have done this your design is stored and hence if you place an order in the future there will be no need to pay another setup charge. Embroidery setup is normally charged at £7 per 1000 stitches (ex VAT). An average company or club logo is approximately 5000 stitches. |
