A blog is for blowing our own trumpet. Right?
Well, in that case we have to shout about some embroidery work we did for the Mid Sussex Motorcross Club.
The embroidery work was a little tricky, but nothing too much for the dedicated staff at PB.
It all starts with the stitch count, choosing the right count for the right finish.
The machines get to work, setting the area, stitching the outline.
The next phase is securing the outline, a delicate and timely process that ensures the branding is not only accurate, but durable.
Once the calibration and settings are tested, tested and tested, production goes into over-drive.
We’ve got some videos that show the precision and speed that used in such a job!
Once the job is underway, we start to appreciate just how much preparation goes into producing something as simple as ‘sewing’ – although don’t call it that!
This particular job used a version of ‘shading’ that required a slightly different set up than usual. Nothing our experienced team couldn’t handle.
The result? A finish PB are proud to send over to the Mid Sussex Motocross Club.
A lot of hard work, but the finished product was well worth it.
The finished article.
