Every order is unique and dealt with as so. We regularly hear of concerns around placing personalised clothing orders speculatively and paying online up front with uncertainty about exactly how the clothing will look, fit, wash and wear. We address that.

Will my print and embroidery designs looks good?

We have a talented experienced team, the very best machines, a passion for branding, cherished clients we have worked with for more than a decade...your designs will look GREAT.

Will the print and embroidery last?

We run repeat business year on year and often see shirts which are years old. the print still looks great. We use unique bonding agents and processes for cotton, polyester, poly/cotton blends and jackets. We can guarantee that every printed item of clothing we supply will wash and wear well for years.

Will my clothing be good quality, will it wash and wear well?

We offer the best brands in the industry, durability and quality is top priority. Every brand is tried and tested. We can supply the perfect brand for promotion to top end retail.

How do i know that clothing will fit well?

We can supply sizing guides for every brand and will advise if the fit varies between brands. If time allows we can send sample clothing for you to try for size among club members or work colleagues.

Will my order arrive on time/ before my event?

We will always ask for a required delivery date during initial discussion to make sure we know exactly when your delivery is needed. All work is done by us in our own UK factory, we will never be passing on a third party promise, if we need to work through the night to meet your deadline, we will. We can often offer direct sameday delivery for tight deadlines, or overnight fully trackable delivery to make sure your delivery arrives when needed.

Please feel free to contact us via phone or email, we can discuss exactly what you need and advise. If you have a design please send via email, if it needs a redraw we can do that for you. We set up embroidery and/or print and send visuals for sign off. We go through the clothing options which best suit your unique brief (style, sizes, colour and quantities) when you are absolutely happy and comfortable, we can go to production for delivery when needed. working as urgently or as casually as you wish to is fine. Delivery within a few days or a few weeks, no problem.
